Privacy notice

This notice explains how One Removals uses the information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, the postcodes and approximate date of your move, the size of the move, any extra services you select and any notes you add.

Why we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is your consent and the steps needed before entering into a contract with you. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then deleted.

Where it's stored

Quote requests are stored securely with our hosting provider and are not visible to visitors of this website.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at hello@oneremovals.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
