House removals, handled with care
Whether you're leaving a first-floor flat or a four-bed family home, we plan your move around your completion date and look after your belongings from the first box to the last.
Planned around your completion day
In England and Wales most moves hinge on completion, when keys are released once funds clear. We'll plan loading so you're ready to go on the day, and talk through what happens if your chain runs late. In Scotland, entry dates work a little differently, and we'll plan around those too.
Tricky access? Tell us up front
Stairs without a lift, narrow terraced streets, parking bays that need a council suspension, loft contents, garden sheds. Mentioning these in your enquiry helps us send the right crew and vehicle and keeps your quote accurate.
Packing as much or as little as you like
Some people like to pack themselves; others would rather hand it all over. You can add materials only, fragile packing for the kitchen and glassware, or a full pack the day before.
Questions we're often asked
What size of home do you move?
Everything from studio flats to larger family homes. Choose the size in the quote form and add notes about anything bulky.
Can you move us if we don't have a confirmed date yet?
Yes, send an enquiry with an approximate date. We'll give you a quote and you can confirm once your solicitor or conveyancer has a date.
Do I need a parking permit for the van?
Some councils require a parking bay suspension for removal vehicles. Check with your local council, and let us know about any restrictions at either address.
Will you take apart beds and wardrobes?
We can dismantle and reassemble standard furniture. Tick 'Furniture dismantling' in the form so it's built into your quote.
