We'll talk through your floor plan, what's going, what's staying and any building rules at both sites, such as goods lift bookings, loading bay times or out-of-hours access, so move day runs to a timetable.
Labelled, logical and easy to unpack
Crates and furniture are labelled by desk or room so everything lands in the right place at the new office, and your team can sit down and get on with their work.
Moves that fit your working week
Where it helps, moves can be scheduled for evenings or weekends. Small offices may be moved in a single day; larger moves can be phased by department.
Questions we're often asked
Do you disconnect and reconnect IT?
We carefully move IT equipment, but network and server work is best handled by your IT provider. We're happy to coordinate timings with them.
Can you move us over a weekend?
Weekend and evening moves can be arranged. Mention your preferred timing in the enquiry form.
What about confidential files?
Let us know about any confidential material and we'll agree how it's packed and kept together throughout the move.
